To give your email recipients every opportunity to see your email as you intended, check the view email in browser option. This gives all recipients a way to see the complete design - even those who can't view HTML emails in their email client or those who have images turned off in their email client.
The following User Roles have access to add a browser view link:
- Marketing Manager
Follow these steps to add the view in browser link to an email.
Step One: On the toolbar, hover over Content, then in the drop-down, click Emails.
Step Two: Edit an existing email or create a new one. If you need help, review article Creating and Editing Emails.
Step Three: To the left click Send Settings then on the bottom click the checkbox Include “view in browser” link.
NOTE: The view in browser link will display at the bottom of any emails sent with this checkbox enabled.
Step Four: On the top right, click Save.
