- Administrators in Agency instances of SharpSpring can now upgrade clients from Mail+ to Marketing Automation by using the manage clients feature. To upgrade a client instance from Mail+ to Marketing Automation, follow these steps:
- As an Administrator, click User Settings then click Settings.
- Under Agency Tools, click Manage Clients.
- Click the options cog located on the far right of the client instance you would like to upgrade to Marketing Automation.
- From the drop-down menu, click Upgrade to Marketing Automation.
- Confirm your decision to upgrade the client by typing
upgradeinto the confirmation modal then click Upgrade Company.
