Marketers are often guilty of forgetting to ‘market themselves’ by sharing the outcomes of campaigns with clients and colleagues. SharpSpring allows you to easily create different types of reports and you can even schedule them in advance. This means you and your colleagues can receive the information on a regular cadence without having to take the time to run reports.
Reports can be sent immediately or on a regularly scheduled basis, for a fixed number of times, or in perpetuity. Once a report is saved it can be scheduled either from the report page itself or from the Settings Manage Reports page
For example, you may want to send the activity report for the month of April to the marketing manager, once a month on the 1st, for the next 3 months. Or send the pipeline report to the sales manager for the previous 30 days on the 1st of each month forever.
