The Image Editor can be used to add or edit images directly with the SharpSpring email designer. There is no need for an outside image editor for simple editing.
The following User Roles have access to use the inline image editor:
- Marketing Manager
Follow these steps to add or edit an image in an email.
Step One: On the toolbar, hover over Content, then on the drop-down, click Emails.
Step Two: On the left-side click to open an existing email or create a new email. If you need help, click to review the article Creating and Editing Emails.
Step Three: Double-click a Content Block, Image, or click the Pencil icon to open the Inline Editor, then in the middle menu, click the +plus drop-down and select Image.
TIP! Go to Step Six to edit an Image.
Step Four: On the pop-up, in the Source field, click the File Search icon to open the File Manager.
Step Five: Next to the name of the image you want to use, click the checkbox and Insert.
Step Six: Double-click the image to open the Inline Editor with a Simple Editor below the image or content block.
Under the image, click the pencil icon on the Simple Editor bar to open the Edit image window where you can perform other editing options then click Save.
The following image editing options are available:
- Color levels
Step Seven: On the top right, click Save.
TIP! Once the email is saved, you can preview, send, or delete the email.
