Manually Unsubscribing via the Contact Manager
You can unsubscribe a contact through the Contact Manager.
To manually unsubscribe a contact from receiving emails through the Contact Manager, do the following:
- Click Contacts in the left toolbar.
- Click
Options > Unsubscribe next to the desired lead's name.

- Click Confirm.

Note: You will no longer be able to send emails to this contact from the Lead Gen & CRM application while the contact is unsubscribed.
Manually Unsubscribing via Contact Records
You can unsubscribe contacts through contact records.
To manually unsubscribe a contact from receiving emails through their individual contact record, do the following:
- In the left toolbar, click Contacts.
- Click the desired contact.

Options > Unsubscribe from Emails.

There are two ways to confirm you have successfully unsubscribed the lead:
- Red text appears at the top of the contact record stating the following:
This person has requested to not be contacted.
- On the Life of the Lead, the
Unsubscribed from Email icon will appear on the lead's timeline. Clicking the icon will display the timestamp of when the contact was manually unsubscribed.
Note: You will no longer be able to send emails to this contact from the Lead Gen & CRM application while the contact is unsubscribed.
