This article is a guide for enabling granular unsubscribes, so that your leads/contacts may opt in for specific types of content you might want to send.
IMPORTANT! Once you have completed the setup process for Granular Unsubscribe, you are unable to create new categories or rename existing categories. Please review all of your categories and possible future categories in advance of completing the setup of this feature.
The following User Roles have access edit unsubscribe categories:
Follow these steps to set unsubscribe catagories.
Step Three: After adding the appropriate categories, you will then need to ensure all of your existing email content has been added into at least one of the categories you have created.
If you fail to assign all emails, your granular unsubscribe will not be activated
Step Five: When all of the emails have been matched to their respective category, save your changes and confirm Pending is not showing
