Special Considerations for Creating Lists
When you add multiple rule groups to a list, certain issues or errors may occur. When creating lists, including more complex lists, be aware of the following:
- All rule groups must be set as when any or when all. If you leave an added rule group with the select when condition, the rule group will be unable to process due to faulty logic.
- Rules must be added before the list can be saved. If you determine how the list operates when a contact interacts with it but do not add the rule to the rule group, the list will not be able to be saved.
