For this particular use case, we want to create a sample list from an original list. This can be especially helpful when doing things like test sends of an email to a certain segment of a bulk list we’d eventually like to send to.
The following User Roles have access to lists:
- Marketing Manager
Follow these steps to create a sample list. Note: All sample lists must be created from existing lists.
Step One: On the toolbar, hover over Automation, then on the drop-down, click Lists.
Step Two: Find the list you want to make a sample list from, then to the right, click the Options button and select Create a Sample List.
Step Three: You can name the sample list, as well as choose the number of members to be added to the sample list. Then click Create Sample List. Once the list builds it will open.
