The Form Insights page in SharpSpring enables you to evaluate the success of your forms
The form is the main way that SharpSpring receives information regarding a potential lead. This information can then be used to send an email to the lead and begin the lead nurturing process. The Form Insights page evaluates the performance of all of your forms. The data is organized in both a chart and table format, while also enabling you to export the data to a CSV file. Each individual form also has its own Form Insights page and the features are identical to the overall form insights page.
Form Insights Overview
This overview will start at the top of the Form Insights page and go in order. It will not cover the left side panel. If you see the message below, it is because you currently have no submissions for this form. This will change into a graph of form submissions once your first form submission occurs.
On the toolbar, in the upper right corner of the page is the Options button. It enables you to export your leads to a CSV. If it's the main Form Insights page, all the leads that have filled out a form will be exported. However, if you're looking at the Form Insights page for an individual form, you will only export the leads pertaining to that specific form.
Select a Form
The Select a Form button is used to navigate to an individual form's insight page.
Right below the Select a Form button are two stats that should provide you with a quick indication on how your forms are doing. SharpSpring will display the total leads and the total cost per lead.
If you're on the main Form Insights page, the two stats will apply to every lead who submits information in a form on your website. However, if you're looking at an individual form's Form Insight page, the two stats will only apply to that specific form. It's a great indication of how well that specific form is doing in getting visitors to submit their contact information.
The chart provides you with a visual representation of your forms' success.
You can choose between three different types of charts (bar, line and area), enabling you to view and present the data in a way that is useful to you. The data can be organized by day, week or month and the date range can be changed to only show the data for a specific time period.
In the right corner of the chart area, there is a button with three horizontal bars that will enable you to print the chart as well as download it as a PNG, JPG, PDF or a SVG Vector Image.
The individual Form Insights page will have the same chart setup, but will focus on that particular form only.
The View All button will send you to a list view on a separate screen. You can still export the list of leads to a CSV file by clicking on the Export button.
Click Export to send the list of leads on the Form Insights page to a CSV file.
The table provides you with a list of leads who have filled out a form on SharpSpring. An individual Form Insights page will only show you the leads who filled out that specific form.
The table is split into three columns, with each providing insight into the lead's behavior.
The left column of the table includes the name of the lead, the time since the lead filled out the form, phone number and email address.
The middle column will show you whether the lead is a member of a campaign and the form that the lead filled out. Clicking on the form name in the column will send you to that form's insight page.
The right column will show you the lead score for the visitor.
