|Forms are the main way that SharpSpring receives information regarding a potential lead. This information can then be used to send an email to the lead, which begins the lead nurturing process. The Form Insights page evaluates the performance of all of your forms. The data is organized in both a chart and table format, while also enabling you to export the data to a .CSV file. Each individual form also has its own Form Insights page, and the features are identical to the overall form insights page. This article will provide an overview of Form Insights features.
Accessing Form Insights
The Form Insights page is the primary gateway to all form information in SharpSpring.

By default, the Form Insights page displays all form submissions over the previous six-month period.
The Form Insights page is split into three separate tabs: Overview, Submissions, and Manage. Each tab deals with forms and leads in different ways.
Overview Tab: Selecting Forms
The Overview tab provides an at-a-glance breakdown of form submissions, leads generated over a specific time, and the total cost per lead. The cost per lead is calculated as the total cost of Campaigns with attribution, and, for a given date range, divided by the number of unique form submissions for the same date range.
In the Overview tab, you can see how forms are performing by themselves or when compared to other forms. By default, all forms are displayed. Specific forms can be viewed individually or as a group. To view the metrics of certain forms, do the following:
Overview Tab: Form Submissions
The Overview tab features a chart that displays form submission metrics. This chart is quick indication of how your forms are doing. The chart displays the total number of unique leads and the total cost per lead for selected forms.
This applies to every lead who submits information in a form on your website. However, if you are looking at an individual form's information, this information will only apply to that specific form. Again, this information details how well that specific form is doing in getting visitors to submit their contact information.
Once configured, this chart can be printed or saved. To configure and save this chart, do the following:
Overview Tab: Leads Table
The Leads table details a list of leads who have filled out a form on SharpSpring. By default, the table will show all leads who have submitted any form over the previous six-month period. Narrowing the display parameters by selecting specific forms will show the leads who filled out those forms.
The table is split into three columns, with each providing insight into the lead's behavior.
The left column of the table includes the following information:
• Lead name
The middle column details whether the lead is a member of a campaign, as well as the form that the lead filled out. Clicking on the form name in the column will send you to that form's insight page.
The right column displays the lead score for the lead.
Clicking View All displays all applicable leads in the Submissions tab.
Overview Tab: Exporting Data
Form and lead data can be exported and downloaded for future reference. To download exported form and lead data, do the following:

Submissions Tab: Configuring Parameters
The Submissions tab displays all leads that have submitted a form over a period of time. By default, the period of time is set to the previous six months.
Information is presented in the same manner as the Leads table in the Overview tab.

The Submissions tab provides options in making modifications to leads. Leads can either have their profiles edited or deleted.

Manage Tab: Form Options
The Manage tab provides information for all active and inactive forms. It provides a more direct, text-based display of form submission data.
The Manage tab shows the following information for forms:
• Form name
Clicking the Forms drop-down menu switches between active and inactive forms.
The Manage tab provides options for deactivating, viewing, embedding, or directly modifying a form. To access form options, do the following:

Manage Tab: Mass Deactivation
The Manage tab allows you to deactivate many forms all at once. To deactivate multiple forms at once, do the following:
