By default, Lead Gen & CRM does not allow for repeat emails to be sent to a lead. This is a protective feature to prevent users from accidentally sending the same email a second time—or intentionally spamming recipient inboxes with unwanted emails.
Lead Gen & CRM does enable you to override this setting in order to send an email to a lead multiple times. Repeatable emails are important for situations like providing an appointment confirmation, responding to a customer service request, or testing emails and workflows.
In this article, you'll learn how to send repeatable emails.
