By default, SharpSpring does not allow for repeat emails to be sent to a lead. This is a protective feature to prevent SharpSpring users from accidentally sending the same email for a second time—or intentionally spamming recipient inboxes with unwanted emails. SharpSpring does enable you to override this setting in order to send an email to a lead multiple times. Repeatable emails are important for situations like providing an appointment confirmation, responding to a customer service request, or testing emails and workflows. This article will detail how to send repeatable emails.
