This article covers how to easily create a list of all leads who have explicitly opted-in to receive emails from your company.

Step by Step Guide
Follow these steps to create a list with Explicit Opt-Ins.
Step One: On the toolbar right side, Click the New button, then in the drop-down, select List. Or hover over Automation and on the drop-down, select List.
Step Two: Name your list, provide a short description, and choose the folder to place this list into. You can optionally make this list available in the Contact Manager. Make sure to click the radio button next to Rules Based to clarify the list type. Click Create List.
Step Three: In the Dynamic or Static section, make sure the radio button for Dynamic List is selected, as well as the checkbox for Apply to the contacts already in your database.
Step Four: Add the Lead Action Trigger is explicitly opted-in to receive email communication followed by Add Rule.
Step Five: Click Save Changes. As leads opt-in to receive email communication, they will automatically be added to this list.
NOTE: The is explicitly opted-in to receive email communication is available for use as a Filter as well.
