This guide provides information on how to add a link to an email in SharpSpring.
The following User Roles have access add a link in an email:
- Marketing Manager
Follow these steps to add a link.
Step One: On the toolbar, hover over Content, then in the drop-down, select Emails.
Step Two: Within the left-side panel, in the Filter Email field, type the email name to filter then select it or create a new email. If you need help, click to review the article Creating and Editing Emails.
Step Three: Double-click in the Content Block you want to place the link in. This will open the Inline Editor.
Step Four: Click the Plus button, then on the drop-down, click Link.
Step Five: On the Insert Link pop-up, enter a URL and optional title. Click the Target drop-down. select New window, then click OK.
Step Six: On the top right, click Save.
TIP! Once the email is saved, you can preview, send, or delete the email.
IMPORTANT! You will need to set up CNAME records located under Email Settings to whitelabel links in your email. Otherwise, your links will appear to come from mx-senderer or marketingautomation.services.
