The standard settings used for synchronization with Gmail do not always detect the correct outbox for clients using non-English email accounts. This can lead to sent emails not showing up on Life of the Lead. To circumvent this problem, you can set up custom email syncing and specify which outbox SharpSpring will pull emails from.
