SharpSpring enables you to schedule an email to be sent at any time. After scheduling you may need to make changes to an email. You have the option to remove scheduled events before they are sent so that you can make any changes and reschedule them for a later time.
The following User Roles have use merge variables:
- Marketing Manager
Use the following steps to reschedule or remove a scheduled event.
Step One: On the toolbar, hover over Automation then in the drop-down, click Scheduled Events.
Step Two: Locate the event you want to reschedule. Email events will be identified by an envelope icon, and workflow events will be identified by a flow chart symbol. On the far right, under Actions, click X Remove.
Step Three: The contacts tab will show the scheduled events for each individual. You can also reschedule or remove the event. To the right side of the of each schedule, click the Options button, then select Reschedule Event or Remove.
TIP! To see the progress of your scheduled events, on the top right, click the View Job History button.
