WebEx is a web conferencing app that allows you to coordinate virtual meetings with hundreds of guests. You can invite leads to sign up for webinars by adding a WebEx field to your SharpSpring Dynamic Form. Connecting WebEx to SharpSpring is a simple one-time process. Let's get started.
Step-by-Step Guide to Set Up WebEx Integration
(Note: WebEx requires you to have the Event Center edition in order to connect to SharpSpring)
Accessing WebEx Settings
Step 1: Click on the gray "System Admin" button in the top right corner of SharpSpring.
Step 2: Select "Settings" in the drop-down.
Step 3: Click on "WebEx Credentials" in the left side panel. It's located in the "3rd Party Settings" section of the panel.
Next, you need to insert your WebEx credentials in the correct fields.
Locating Your WebEx Credentials
Step 1: Go to webex.com
Step 2: In the top navigation bar of WebEx, click "Sign In."
Step 3: Select "WebEx Products" in the drop down menu.
Step 4: Type in your email address in the respective field and click the green "Next" button.
Step 5: Type in your password in the respective field and click the green "Sign In" button.
Step 6: This is the main page for your WebEx account. Near the top of the page, there are six tabs, click on the Site Administration tab.
Step 7: From the menu on the left, select Services. Then, under Meeting select View All.
Step 8: Select the options menu titled Configure, then select Site Information.

Inserting the Correct WebEx Credentials Into SharpSpring
In SharpSpring, you need to include your WebEx User Name, Password (optional), Site ID, Partner ID and URL in the correct fields. All of the information can be found on the "Site Administration" page. Let's take a look at where you can find these credentials in WebEx.
WebEx User Name: The User Name is located in the "Administrator(s)" row of the table.
WebEx Site ID: The Site ID is located in the "Site ID" row of the table.
WebEx Partner ID: The Partner ID is located in the "Partner ID" row of the table.
WebEx URL: The URL is located in the "Site Brand Name(s)" row at the top of the table.
Once you have inserted the correct credentials in SharpSpring, click on the green "Save Settings" button.
You have now successfully connected your WebEx account to SharpSpring!
Adding the WebEx Field to a Form
Step 1: Click on the green "New" button in the top right corner of SharpSpring.
Step 2: Select "Form" in the drop down menu.
Step 3: Create a name for your form and click on the blue "Continue" button.
Step 4: Click on the "Fields" tab.
Step 5: Click on the blue "Add a WebEx topic" button.
Step 6: Choose a topic in the drop down menu.
Step 7: The topic will appear as a field in the form. Finish adding and organizing your fields. Then, click on the green "Save Changes" button.
