|WebEx is a web conferencing app that allows you to coordinate virtual meetings with potentially hundreds of guests. You can invite leads to sign up for webinars by adding a WebEx field to a SharpSpring Dynamic Form.
While connecting WebEx to SharpSpring is a one-time process, only the WebEx Event Center Edition can connect to SharpSpring. This article provides information on integrating WebEx with SharpSpring.
Locating Your WebEx Credentials
To find the WebEx credentials you need to connect WebEx to SharpSpring, do the following:
- In a browser tab, sign in to WebEx.
- Select WebEx Products in the drop-down menu.
- Enter your email address in the respective field.
- Click Next.
- Enter your password.
- Click Sign In.
- Click the Site Administration tab.
- In the left menu, click Services.
- Under Meeting, select View All.
- Click the options menu titled Configure.
- Click Site Information.
Inserting WebEx Credentials into SharpSpring
To integrate WebEx, you need to enter your WebEx credentials in SharpSpring. To insert WebEx credentials, do the following:
