WebEx is a web conferencing app that allows you to coordinate virtual meetings with potentially hundreds of guests. You can invite leads to sign up for webinars by adding a WebEx field to a SharpSpring Dynamic Form.
While connecting WebEx to SharpSpring is a one-time process, only the WebEx Event Center Edition can connect to SharpSpring. This article provides information on integrating WebEx with SharpSpring.
Locating Your WebEx Credentials
In order to connect WebEx to SharpSpring, you will need to find your credentials.
To find the WebEx credentials you need to connect WebEx to SharpSpring, do the following:

Inserting WebEx Credentials into SharpSpring
To integrate WebEx, you need to enter your WebEx credentials in SharpSpring.
To insert WebEx credentials, do the following:
Editing WebEx Fields
Once integration is complete, WebEx events will become available as a third-party lead field in SharpSpring. In the Custom Field Manager, you will need to edit the field and check the applicable checkbox to be available in the Contact Manager.

Adding WebEx Fields to Forms
Once you have edited a WebEx field, you can add the field to forms.
To add the WebEx field to forms, do the following:
Important: In order for the integration to work, your form must include the Email, First Name, and Last Name fields. These fields should be set as Required to ensure the data is collected.
