You need flexibility in your campaign reporting and SharpSpring helps you do it with tags. You can see results from a Facebook campaign, for example, but what if you want to see results across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram? It's as easy as tagging those campaigns and running a report.
The following User Roles have access to create and edit group tags:
- Sales Marketing
- Marketing Manager
Use these steps to create group tags. If you would like to edit an existing tag, click to review the article Changing a Group Tag Name in Campaigns.
Step One: On the toolbar, hover over Analytics, then in the drop-down, click Campaigns.
Step Two: On the left-side panel, next to Campaigns, click Options, then in the drop-down, select Manage Campaigns.
Step Three: Locate the campaign that you would like to tag and on the right, click the Options button and in the drop-down, select Edit Groups.
TIP! You can also access and edit group tags for a specific campaign by selecting Manage Campaigns, then click Edit Campaign.
Step Four: On the pop-up, type the name of the group or, if you have previously created a group, select the group you want to add this campaign to. New tags are automatically saved. Click the Close button.
Step Five: Return to the Campaign Insights page and click in the Build your customized report field, next to the tag name, click the checkbox. You can also begin typing the name of the group tag and then select it.
Once you've selected your campaign tag(s), on the right-side, click the Apply button to generate the report.
Step Six: On the top-right, click Options, then click Save. You can also export the report to PDF or CSV.
