Tags in campaign reporting allow for flexibility. This article will detail how to use group tags in campaigns.
The following user roles have access to create and edit group tags:
- Company Managers
- Marketing Managers
- Sales Managers
Campaigns are accessed through the toolbar.
Using Group Tags
To create group tags, do the following:
Note: Tags are saved automatically.
When adding or editing group tags, be aware of the following:
- Clicking Edit Groups will display all group tags currently attributed to the campaign.
- Clicking the Select text box when it does not have text in it will display all group tags across all campaigns.
