SharpSpring enables you to access your client's instance of SharpSpring without a separate user account to collaborate and get an inside view of how they are using the app. There are two ways to access your Clients’ accounts; below, you will find both options.
Step-by-Step Guide to Accessing Your Client's Instance
Step 1: Click on the gray silhouette button in the top right corner of SharpSpring.
Step 2: Select "Settings" in the drop-down menu.
Step 3: In the left side panel, under the section labeled "Agency Tools," click on "Manage Clients."
Step 4: Locate the Client you want to manage. Select the gearbox to the right of the Client, and a drop down menu will appear.
Step 5: Select "Switch to Manage" and wait for the page to load.
Step 6: After the page loads, you should now be logged into your Client’s instance.
An alternate way to manage clients:
Step 1: Locate your Company Name under the gray silhouette in the top right corner.
Step 2: Click on the Company Name and a drop down of your Managed Clients will appear.
Step 3: Click which client you want to manage and it will reload the page to that client’s instance. You are now successfully logged in to manage your client’s instance.
Note: If you do not see all of your Agency’s clients in the drop down, it means you do not have “Client Manager” access to that client. These settings can be changed on your user account.
