SharpSpring enables you to access your client's instance of SharpSpring without a separate user account to collaborate and get an inside view of how they are using the app. This article will detail how to access client instances.
The following user roles can access client instances:

To access client instances, do the following:

After the page loads, you will be logged into your client’s instance.
Alternate Client Instance Access
To access a drop-down menu of available client instances, do the following:

After the page loads, you will be logged into your client’s instance.
If you do not see all of your Agency’s clients in the drop-down menu, it means you do not have Client Manager access to that client. These settings can be changed on your user account.
