SharpSpring enables you to access your agency's clients directly through your main agency account. You can either access clients through the Client Management Console or through your Settings page under Manage Clients. This article will detail both ways users can access client instances.
The following user roles can access client instances:
- Administrators (Agency)
The Client Management Console is accessed via either of the or toolbars.
Client Management Console
To access a drop-down menu of available client instances, you can utilize the Client Management Console.
The Client Management Console is located in SharpSpring's top toolbar. Clicking your company name will open the Client Management Console.
Be aware that once you jump to a client instance, you will need to click the client's instance name in SharpSpring's top toolbar and return to your instance before you can access the Client Management Console again.
If you do not see all of your Agency’s clients in the drop-down menu, it means you do not have Client Manager access to that client. These settings can be changed on your user account.
Accessing Clients via the Settings Page
To access client instances within your settings, do the following:
