Disabling Tracking
You can disable tracking for a lead in SharpSpring. To disable tracking, do the following:

Note: This will not remove previously tracked leads from VisitorID. You will need to delete the lead if you want them removed from VisitorID.

Regarding Permanent Disabling
SharpSpring does not currently allow for a way to permanently disable a certain domain, browser, or Internet Protocol (IP) address from tracking within the platform. There are ways to circumvent tracking outside of SharpSpring and through your browser. To not be tracked, the best available options are to disable cookies in a browser or use a fresh instance of a browser's Private or Incognito mode.
