When you visit a tracked page in SharpSpring, your DeviceID is recorded and tied to your account. If you would like to disable a tracked device, for any various reason, here is a tutorial on how to do so.
- Step 1: From the top navigation bar under Contacts, select Contact Manager
- Step 2: Select the contact with the tracked device that you want to disable
- Step 3: In the contact’s profile, under Memberships, select Devices
- Step 4: Click “Disable Tracking” next to the device that you want to no longer be tracked
Congratulations, you have successfully disconnected a device from its contact and thus have disabled tracking on that specific device!
