Personas are fictional representations of your customer audiences, designed to produce higher conversions by making personalized messaging simple. This article provides a walkthrough on using personas to easily create dynamic emails.
Adding Personas to Dynamic Emails
Step One: Create your personas.
Step Two: Create an email.
Step Three: Hover over any content block within the email editor and click the lightning bolt icon. Choose personas from the dropdown. The content editor will appear on the right of the screen with sections for each active persona.
Step Four: Fill out the content in the respective section for each persona. When this email is scheduled, leads will only see the content that corresponds to their assigned persona.

Reviewing Persona Information in the Email Editor
Step One: Within the email editor, click the lightning bolt icon in the left-hand navigation bar to open the dynamic content rules.
Step Two: Here you will see a listing of all active personas. Clicking any of the personas will open a modal that displays the persona summary. This includes persona name, title, answer, contact & lead membership, bio, and demographics widgets.
