SharpSpring user dashboards consolidates data from various sections of the application into a single view. Users will see lead, opportunity, and campaign data all in one location. This article will provide information on user dashboard functionality.
The following user roles can utilize user dashboards:
- Company Managers
- Marketing Managers
- Sales Managers
- Jr. Salespersons
Access the dashboard by clicking on the company logo in SharpSpring's top toolbar.
User dashboards default to the Dashboard tab. Dashboards will pull in the current profile picture for the user, as well as their user role in SharpSpring.
Starting at the top, the user will see a maximum of four buttons containing a summary information related to that user:
The next item a user will encounter is a chart, showing either campaign data or sales data, depending on the user's role.
Further down the dashboard are widgets bringing in the data from various areas of the tool.
|The Feed tab located at the top of the dashboard page shows all of the users currently online, as well as recent activity within the system. If you are searching for a specific activity, you can use the filter bar in the upper right hand corner.|
Users can use a global search to set specific objects within the system as favorites to prioritize their dashboard with information most important to the user.
