The User Dashboards in SharpSpring consolidates data from various sections of the application into a single view. Users will see lead, opportunity and campaign data all in one location. The following video will show you a quick overview of User Dashboards in SharpSpring. However, if you prefer, a written overview is available below the video for your convenience.
The User Dashboard will pull in the current profile picture for the user, as well as their user role in SharpSpring. For more information on user roles, refer to the support article here.
Starting at the top, the user will see a maximum of four buttons containing a summary information related to that user. The four buttons are:
The next item a user will encounter is a chart, showing either campaign data or sales data, depending on the user's role. Here, since we are in the Administrator role, our user is seeing the lead campaign report.
Progressing down the page, we see the widgets bringing in the data from various areas of the tool. If you need to drill down further, there is a link in the upper right hand corner of each widget that will take you to source location of the data.
Clicking on the second tab located at the top of the dashboard page will take us into the “feed” section. Here, we will see all of the Users currently online, as well as recent activity within the system. If you are searching for a specific activity, you can user the filter bar in the upper right hand corner.
Users can use a global search to "favorite" specific objects within the system to prioritize their dashboard with information most important to the user.
