SharpSpring enables you to create custom pipeline stages and multiple pipelines in the CRM. Pipeline Stages are customizable steps used to track the progress of an opportunity from the beginning to the end of the sales cycle. Use as many pipelines and pipeline stages as you need, change the order, name and description to fit the needs of your sales team.
Step-by-Step Guide to Creating and Managing Pipelines
Step One: Click on the gray silhouette button in the top right corner.
Step Two: Select "Settings" in the drop down menu.
Step Three: On the left side panel, under Features, click on “Opportunity Stages.”
Step Four: To create a new pipeline stage or pipeline, select the options gear in the top right corner.
Step Five: When creating a new Pipeline, you will be prompted to name it. You can edit it later to include a description.
Step Six: When creating a new Pipeline Stage, name the stage, select which pipeline in belongs in, select the default probability to close, and add a description of the pipeline stage. You can optionally add minimum calls and emails that should be sent to opportunities in this stage. These numbers get pulled into the Follow Up report.
Step Seven: You can manage your different Pipelines in the Pipeline editor.
Step Eight: To view your new pipeline, click “Sales” from the navigation bar, then select “Pipeline” from the drop down.
Step Nine: To view a different pipeline, click the gear symbol in the left side panel next to the Pipeline name. Hover over Change Pipeline, and select the pipeline you wish to switch to from the drop down.
