SharpSpring enables you to create custom pipeline stages and multiple pipelines in the CRM. Pipeline Stages are customizable steps used to track the progress of an opportunity from the beginning to the end of the sales cycle. Use as many pipelines and pipeline stages as you need, change the order, name and description to fit the needs of your sales team.
Step-by-Step Guide to Creating and Managing Pipelines
Step One: On the toolbar, click the User Settings button, then click Settings.
Step Two: On the left side panel, under Features, click Opportunity Stages.
Step Three: To create a new pipeline stage or pipeline, select the options gear drop-down in the top right corner.
Step Four: When creating a New Pipeline, you will be prompted to name it. You can edit it later to include a description.
Step Five: When creating a new Pipeline Stage, name the stage, select which pipeline in belongs in, select the default probability to close, and add a description of the pipeline stage. You can optionally add minimum calls and emails that should be sent to opportunities in this stage. These numbers get pulled into the Follow Up report.
Step Six: You can manage your different Pipelines in the Pipeline editor.
Step Seven: To view your new pipeline, click Sales from the navigation bar, then select Pipeline from the drop down.
Step Eight: To view a different pipeline, click the name of the pipeline at the top bar next to Qualified Leads. Click the eyeball next to the pipeline that you want saved as your default pipeline.
