Removing a lead from a list in SharpSpring only takes a few seconds. However, if there is a chance that you might want to add the lead back to the list, you can simply restore the lead back.
The following User Roles have access to edit members on lists:
- Marketing Manager
This guide provides steps to remove a lead from a list as well as restore.
Step One: On the toolbar, hover over Automation, then in the drop-down, click Lists.
Step Two: Open the list that the lead is a member of.
Step Three: Choose either to remove or restore the lead to the list.
To Remove the lead from the list, within the Members tab, find the lead and to the right of the name under Actions, hover and click the X. The lead will now be excluded and listed in the Exclusions tab.
To Restore a lead to the list, on the Exclusions tab, find the lead and to the right, click the Options button, then select Restore.
