SharpSpring enables you to view actionable email statistics in a variety of ways. You can view statistics on both email jobs, for emails that have been sent to a list, and email reports, where you can see and compare analytics on multiple emails sent in SharpSpring.
To navigate to the Email Jobs section in SharpSpring, simply hover over Analytics, then in the drop-down, click Email Jobs.
The Email Jobs view shows every email job that has been processed in your instance of SharpSpring. The email jobs are categorized by most recent first. It shows the name of the email, how many people it sent to, the list it sent to, and the date/time it was sent. You can also filter the email jobs by date, using the date range picker.
The List/Contacts toggle allows for you to switch between seeing Email Jobs sent to Lists and Email Jobs sent to individual leads. You can switch to see only Active/Inactive Email Jobs on the right top, with the Active/Inactive Button.
Clicking on an Email Job will take you into the email job summary. Here you will see a chart summarizing the results of the Email Job, with the specific statistics below.
On the top right, click Options, then in the drop-down, select Email Report to see a different view of the report. Once this report loads, click Options to export to a PDF or CSV file.
Hover over Analytics and in the drop-down, click Email Reports.
The Email Reports tab allows you to create reports based on one specific email, multiple emails, email tags, or emails in an action group.
Once you select the type of report, you will be prompted to select the email(s), email tag, or action group. You can then add any optional filters, like send date, list, or list tag. Once you’ve selected your details, on the right, click Build Report.
When the report has finished generating, you can review the performance of your email (or group of emails). If the report is for one email, then a thumbnail of your email will appear next to that email's analytics.
If you are running a report on multiple emails, then you have the option to expand the thumbnail of each email simply by clicking the Thumbnails button and then clicking the thumbnail for a specific email.
On the top right, the Options button allows for you to save the report for easy accessibility in the future, export the report information in CSV and PDF, or other options. If you have already saved the report, the Delete Saved Report option will be available.
If you click the number next to each Top Link, a pop-up will display of the leads that meet the criteria. For example, clicking on the number of opens pops up a list of leads who opened the email.
At the bottom of the report there are graphs with job details. Included here you can see Recent Email Jobs, Top Clicks, Top Opens, Top Links, and Unsubscribes.
If you toggle from the Overview to Delivery tab at the top, you can filter by the options within Unsubscribes and see individual leads.
