SharpSpring allows you to make changes to any campaigns you have set up in the system. We understand that things can change, and allow you to edit campaign information as you need to.
Step-by-Step Guide to Edit a Campaign
Step 1: Click on "Analytics" in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Select "Campaigns" in the drop down menu.
Step 3: On the left side panel, click the gear next to Campaigns, and select “Manage Campaigns.”
Step 4: Locate the campaign you want to edit, select the gear to the right, and click “Edit Campaign.”
Step 6: Click “Save Changes” at the bottom once you’ve edited your campaign.
Step 5: Once here, you can change the campaign name and type; add or remove group tags; change the date range; edit pricing, costs, and goals; add or remove campaign tracking and call tracking; and choose whether your website visitors can select this campaign in the "How Did You Hear About Us?" field.
