SharpSpring enables you to delete leads from the Contact Manager. This article will detail how to delete leads.
Note: If you are using a third-party CRM, such as Salesforce or SugarCRM, you will not be able to delete a lead using this method.
The following user roles can delete leads from the Contact Manager:
- Company Managers
The Contact Manager is accessed through either of the or toolbars.
To delete an individual lead, do the following:
Important: The deletion process is irreversible, and deleted leads are permanently removed from SharpSpring. If this is the only lead associated with an opportunity, that opportunity will be deleted as well.
