SharpSpring enables you to receive your client's daily VisitorID email results. This allows you to see their web visitors and prospects.
The following user roles can configure which users receive the client's daily VisitorID email results:
Configuring Daily Settings
To configure which user roles can receive email results, do the following:
- In SharpSpring's top toolbar, click User Settings > Settings.
- In the left panel, under the My Company section, click User Accounts.
- Locate the user that will be receiving the client's daily VisitorID email results.
- Click Options > Edit.
- Scroll to the Notification Options section.
- Click the input under Receive emails about web prospects for my clients.
- Choose from one of the following:
• Receive No Emails
• One Daily
• One Weekly
- Click Save Changes.
