As your GraphicMail service transitions to SharpSpring Mail+, you will need to make a small change to your existing GraphicMail forms to ensure that they continue to funnel leads into Mail+ after the migration. The video below will walk you through the changes you will need to make to your GraphicMail forms. A step-by-step walkthrough is included below the video, if you prefer.
Step One: Finding your Forms
Log into your instance of SharpSpring Mail+ and hover over the Content tab. Select Forms. You will be directed into the Forms Insights page, where you will find all of your GraphicMail forms.
Step Two: Search for a specific Form
The Form Insights section of Mail+ includes all of your GraphicMail forms, as well as any form that you create moving forward. To find a specific form, simply search for the form name using the search bar in the left hand column of the screen.
Step Three: Grab the Form Embed Code or Form URL
Now that we have found our form, scroll down the page until you see a section titled “How to Embed Your Code”. You will see two buttons below the section. The first will generate your form’s embed code that you can copy and then simply paste onto your website. Find your GraphicMail form on your site, and replace the existing embed code with the new Mail+ embed code.
The second button is the option to copy the form URL. If you do not have a website, or had your forms hosted by GraphicMail previously, this is likely the option for you. Once you click the “Copy URL” button, the URL link for the form will be copied to your clipboard. Mail+ will prompt a notification in the upper right hand corner of the app confirming the URL has been copied and is ready to be pasted. Find your GraphicMail form, and replace the existing form URL with the new Mail+ form URL.
Step Four: Test your Form
After replacing your form, you should fill out the information and perform a test submit. After, head back into your Form Insights page (Content»Forms), find the form you did the test submit on, and then confirm all information is being mapped correctly.
