SharpSpring accounts have the ability to integrate with and capture leads from Leadpages. This article will show you how to integrate Leadpages with a SharpSpring account.
Obtaining SharpSpring Tracking Information
Step One: In SharpSpring, create a new site tracking code using the Leadpages domain as the tracked domain.
Note: Leadpages domains normally read as companyname.lpages.co.
Step Two: Make a native form script.
Syncing Tracking Codes in Leadpages
Step One: Log in to Leadpages.
Step Two: On the Leadpages splash page, create a Leadpages form, or find the Leadpages form you want to sync a tracking code to.
Step Three: Click the icon to edit the Leadpages.
Step Four: In the menu that appears on the left, click Page Tracking.
Step Five: In the menu that appears, click the Analytics tab.
Step Six: Paste the SharpSpring tracking information into the Head Section Tracking Code box.
Step Seven: Click Save.
Syncing Forms in Leadpages
Step One: In Leadpages, go to the form that you would like to sync to SharpSpring.
Step Two: On that form, click the call-to-action button.
Step Three: In the pop-up menu that appears, click the link option.
Step Four: In the menu that appears, click View/Edit.
Step Five: In the widgets menu on the left, click-and-hold HTML.
Step Six: Drag the HTML underneath the form.
Step Seven: Click on the newly created HTML box to edit it.
Step Eight: Paste the SharpSpring native form script into the HTML box.
Step Nine: Click Save.
Step Ten: Update the page.
Step Eleven: Go to the form's live page.
Note: Make sure you are not previewing the page and are on the live page.
Step Twelve: Fill out the form.
Step Thirteen: Map the form fields in SharpSpring.
Note: If you change your Native Form, you will need to repeat this mapping process again.
