The Media Center in Lead Gen & CRM allows you to create trackable links to better understand what content is helping leads to convert.
You can use Media Center views to trigger automation, or filter certain automations to send if a lead only if they have viewed or not viewed certain content.

Including Views via Visual Workflows
You can create visual workflows that include Media Center asset views.
To include Media Center asset views in a visual workflow, click Media Center in the left toolbar and do the following:
- Create or use a Media Center asset.
- Create a trackable link for the Media Center asset.

Click Automation > Visual Workflows in the left toolbar.

- Create or edit a visual workflow.

Click + Add > Trigger under Start or an applicable workflow branch.

Select views the media, located under Media.

- Enter the name of the desired Media Center asset in the Media Name text box.
- Click OK.

- Complete the workflow with other triggers, filters, time delays, or actions.
- Set the workflow activity toggle to Active.

Note: For triggers, you can only select the views the media option. Media Center views will only trigger automation for known leads. Views by unknown leads will be tracked against the Media Center asset statistics, but will not trigger automation.
