SharpSpring enables you to view, create and edit the HTML for an email. You can edit the content and format for the email as a whole by clicking on the HTML tab in the email designer, instead of editing the email in pieces by clicking on each individual section.
HTML View is not the same as the Source Code icon in the email designer toolbar, but both allow you to edit the HTML for the email. However, the HTML tab will show you code for the entire email where Source Code will only show the code for the content area that you have selected.
The following User Roles have access to email HTML code:

The following steps show you how to open the email HTML code view.
Step One: On the toolbar, hover over Content, then in the drop-down, click Emails.
Step Two: Hover over the email you want to use then click Edit Email to open the email designer screen. Or on the left, in the Filter Email field, search for the email and click it to open.

Step Three: On the top right of the email designer, click </> view code to open the HTML window.
Step Four: The HTML code will display in the editor and you can begin editing or creating your email. On the bottom right, click Done Editing to save the HTML.
