There may be a time where you want to send a specific email to multiple lists. You can do that all at once by selecting as many lists as you like to send to. This article provides the following quick video with a step-by-step guide below.
The following User Roles have access to import a double opt-in list:
- Marketing Manager
Use the following steps to select multiple lists for the email.
Step One: On the toolbar, hover over Content, then in the drop-down, click Emails.
Step Two: Search for the email that you want to send. There are two ways to find the email.
- Start to type in the Filter Email field, then click to open the email. Once it opens, on the top right corner, click Send.
- Click a folder or scroll down to find the email, then hover over and click the envelope icon to open the send screen for the email.
Step Three: Perform the following to set the email send:
- Select the Time/Date
- Search for the lists you want to send to, then on the left of the list name, click the Checkbox.
- On the bottom right, click Schedule Email.
