For SharpSpring Resellers, we have built out tools directly within the application to help manage your clients. This article will review the Reseller Tools in the platform, and is divided into the following sections:

The Reseller Tools are located in the Settings section.
You can manage your Company Information under the My Company section. This is your Company Information as a Reseller, and must be completed in order to send emails.
The Agency Information section is on this page as well. Here, you will provide a quick description on your Company, website URL, and the Support URL that your clients will use to get Support. There is also a section titled Client Support Information, where you will put the primary support contact information.
Whitelabeling and rebranding options are also available in the Settings section. For Whitelabeling, head into Settings » Agency Tools » White Labeling. From here, there are a few options for white-labeling. At the top of the page, you will see an option to change the domain that appears when accessing your instance. Beneath this section, you have the option to change the look and feel of the entire application by editing the CSS, or you can choose from pre-set application themes. Lastly, at the bottom of this page you will find the option to setup a white-label login widget that can be used to log customers into your instance.
Rebranding options are also available in the Company Profile section. Scroll down until you see the section titled Rebranding SharpSpring. Here, you can update the Application Logo that appears in the top left of the application, as well as the Branding Logo that appears in places such as email notifications and login screens.
Billing Information can be updated directly in the platform by selecting “Billing Info” under the My Company section. To review your Charge History, click on Billing Overview under the Agency Tools section.
There are a few options to assist with Client Management in the Reseller Tools. The Manage Clients option under Agency Tools will show all of your active clients. You’ll see recent Active Users in the Accounts, and emails sent for the given month For a more detailed breakdown of how your clients are using the platform, click the Client Usage option under Agency Tools. The options tab on the far right of each client let’s you switch to managing the client account, setup for client managers, check Email Sender status, as well as other administrative options.
You can add a new client using the Options button, as well as set your client email limits.
