The majority of your emails will likely be sent to multiple contacts. However, you may want to send a single email to just one lead or contact. SharpSpring enables you to send one-off emails to a single contact, known as smart mails.
Step One: On the toolbar, hover over Content then in the drop-down, click Emails.
Step Two: Select an existing email or create a new one. If you need help, review the article Creating and Editing Emails.
Step Three: On the left-side, click Send Settings.
Step Four: Make sure the Make Available in Contact Manager box is checked. Then on the top right, click Save.
Step Five: On the toolbar, hover over Contacts, then in the drop-down, click Contact Manager.
Step Six: Find the contact or lead that you want to send the email to. In the top right, click Options and in the drop-down, select Send Smart Mail.
Step Seven: On the pop-up, select the email and on the bottom right, click Prepare E-mail to Send.
Step Eight: Check the Send Settings to ensure the From Name and From Email reflect who this email is supposed to come from.
Step Nine: The email will open and if you are ready to send it, on the top right, click Send. Schedule the time to send and click Send Email.
TIP! You can make any changes in the email designer before you send it.
