For ease of use and organization, it can be helpful to group custom fields together as you customize your account and gather contacts. In your Lead Gen & CRM account, you can create categories for custom fields and order them in any way you wish.

Creating Custom Categories
You can create custom categories as necessary to group custom fields together.
To create custom categories, do the following:
- Click
User Menu > Settings in the top toolbar.

- Click Custom Fields, which is located under Features in the left panel.
- Scroll to the Uncategorized section, find the desired custom field, and click
Options > Move to Category.
- Click + New Category.
- Enter a name for the new custom field category and click Create Category.
Moving Custom Fields
You can move custom fields from one category into another.
To move custom fields into different categories, do the following:
- Click
User Menu > Settings in the top toolbar.

- Click Custom Fields, which is located under Features in the left panel.
- Scroll to the desired category, find the desired custom field, and click
Options > Move to Category. Note: To see more custom fields, click on the folder next to the Category Name.
- Select the category to move the field to.

To reorder category positions in the Custom Field Manager, do the following:
- Click

- Click-and-drag categories to be reordered as desired.
- Click Save Category Order.
