SharpSpring users have the ability to create and manage products and services within their account. These can be added to opportunities.
Step-by-Step Guide to Creating Products
Step 1: Click on the gray silhouette button in the top right corner.
Step 2: Select "Settings" in the drop-down menu.
Step 3: On the left side panel, under Features, click on “Products.”
Here you can see any products that have been created.
Step 3: To create a new product, select the “Add Product” button in the top right. Then fill in the information for the name, product type, pipeline/shopping cart association, category, item code, default price, description, and image of your product.
Step 4: Select “Create Product.” You will now be able to view the products you have created on the Products page.
Step 5: You will now see a product option when creating opportunities, based on the pipeline you selected to add this product too. You can add products or services to opportunities, which will automatically add the price to the value of the opportunity.
