You can create and manage products and services in Lead Gen & CRM. These products and services can be added to opportunities.
This article will detail how to create products.

Creating Products
You can create products or services to cater to your buyers' needs.
To create products or services, do the following:
- Click
User Menu > Settings in the top toolbar.
- Click Products, located under Features in the left panel.
- Click
Options > Add New Product.
Note: Only Administrators can create products. - Enter a product name in the Product Name text box.
- Select a product type in the Product Type drop-down menu.
- Select the pipeline or shopping cart to associate the product within the Pipeline/Shopping Cart drop-down menu.
- Enter the product category in the Category text box.
- Enter the product's item code in the Item Code text box.
- Optionally, enter the product's URL in the Product URL text box.
- Enter the product's default price in the Default Price text box.
Note: When entering a default price, do not use monetary symbols or commas. Enter only numbers without commas and a period to set off cents. For example, a product worth 12,345.67USD would be entered as follows: 12345.67 - Enter a product description in the Product Description text box.
- Upload an image of your product in the Product Image box.
- Click Create Product.

Editing Products
You can edit previously created products or services.
To edit created products or services, do the following:
- Click
User Menu > Settings in the top toolbar.
- Click Products, located under Features in the left panel.
- Locate the desired product.
- Click
Options > Edit Product next to the product's name.
- Edit product information as necessary.
- Click Update Product.

Deleting Products
You can delete products that you no longer need.
To delete created products or services, do the following:
- Click
User Menu > Settings in the top toolbar.
- Click Products, located under Features in the left panel.
- Locate the desired product.
- Click
Options > Delete Product next to the product's name.
- Type Delete in the modal window that appears.
- Click Delete Product.

Attaching Products to Opportunities
You can attach products or services to an opportunity.
To attach products or services, do the following:
- Click Sales > Opportunity Manager in the left toolbar.
- Create or edit an opportunity.
- Click Add Product in the Products section.
- Select the desired product in the Select a Product drop-down menu.
Note: To remove attached products and services, click theDelete icon next to the attachment.
- Click Save.

Exporting Product Data from Product Pages
You can save and export product data for future reference.
To export product data to a .CSV spreadsheet file from the main product page, do the following:
- Click
User Menu > Settings in the top toolbar.
- Click Products, located under Features in the left panel.
- Click
Options > Export Products.
- Click the link that appears at the top of the screen.
- Click the export to download the .CSV file.
Note: This exported data will reflect all active products.

Exporting Product Data from Pipelines
You can save and export product data for future reference.
To export product data to a .CSV spreadsheet file from a pipeline, do the following:
- Click Sales > Opportunities in the left toolbar.
- Select the desired pipeline in the Pipeline drop-down menu.
- Select the date parameters in the Date Range drop-down menu.
- Select the applicable owners in the Owners drop-down menu.
- Click
Options.
- Click Export Products to .CSV.
- Click the link that appears at the top of the screen.
- Click the export to download the .CSV file.

Accessing the Export Manager
You can access exported information in Lead Gen & CRM's Export Manager.
To access exports, do the following:
- Click Contacts in the left toolbar.
- Click
Options > Export Manager.
- Click on an item to automatically download the .CSV file.
