|If you are using Office365 as your email client, you can create leads in SharpSpring when you create a new contact in Office365.
This is not the same as email syncing, as the content of your emails will not be synced. Only contacts will be synced.

To sync Office 365 and SharpSpring, via Zapier do the following:
Note: When mapping fields, fields should match. Email should populate Email, First Name to First Name, and the like. You can map both standard system fields or any custom field you have created.
Once data mapping is complete, testing the Zap is important. Incorrectly mapped Zaps will not function properly. To test a Zap, do the following:
By default, the Zap will run every 15 minutes to look for new contacts created in Office365. If contacts have been created, they will be sent into SharpSpring as leads.
