If you are using Office365 as your email client, you can create leads in SharpSpring when you create a new contact in Office365. This is not the same as Mail Sync, as the content of your emails will not be synced. Only contacts will be synced. This article will detail how to sync Office 365 and SharpSpring via Zapier, with no development experience required.

Note: When mapping fields, fields should match. Email should populate Email, First Name to First Name, and the like. You can map both standard system fields or any custom field you have created.

Testing Zaps
Once data mapping is complete, testing the Zap is important. Incorrectly mapped Zaps will not function properly.

By default, the Zap will run every 15 minutes to look for new contacts created in Office365. If contacts have been created, they will be sent into SharpSpring as leads.
