Adding the Persona Field
The Persona field can be added to either new or pre-existing Lead Gen & CRM forms.
To add the field to a form, do the following:
- Click Forms in the left toolbar.

- Create or edit a form.

- Click the Add Special Fields drop-down menu from the Special Fields section.
- Select the
Persona Question field value.

When adding the field to a form, be aware that the Persona field does not have to be at the bottom of a form. You can rearrange it just like any other field type. Hover over the field and use the Move function to drag the field up or down the list of other added fields as needed.
Removing the Persona Field
You can remove Persona fields from forms as necessary.
To remove the Persona field, do the following:
- Click Forms in the left toolbar.

A: Yes. If you would like to automatically set a persona for a lead filling out a particular form, you can make the Persona field hidden, and then add a default value. The default value will be the response to the self-assignment question, respective to the persona you would like to assign.
