A: Yes. If you would like to automatically set a persona for a lead filling out a particular form, you can make the Persona field hidden, and then add a default value. The default value will be the response to the self-assignment question, respective of the persona you would like to assign.
Q: Does the Persona field always have to be at the bottom of a form?
A: No. You can rearrange it just like any other field type.
