Personas are fictional representations of your customer audiences, designed to produce higher conversions by making personalized messaging simple. This article provides a walkthrough on how to add the persona field to SharpSpring forms for lead self-identification.
Adding the Persona Field to SharpSpring Forms
The persona field can be added to either new or pre-existing SharpSpring forms. To add the field, navigate to our Fields tab in the form editor. The persona field is disabled by default, to enable simply click on the grayed out field within the body of the field editor.
The Persona Question we created in the persona template (“I would describe myself as…”) appears as the label for this field. The dropdown options are the respective Persona Answers for all personas.
Removing the Persona Field from Forms
To remove the Persona field, simply hover of the field within the form editor and click the X icon. The field will remain on the screen but will return to its grayed out state. Make sure to Save Changes to ensure the field is removed from all forms currently in use.
