SharpSpring enables you to manually add a contact to a list. This article details how to add contacts to lists.
The following user roles can add contacts to lists:
- Company Managers
- Marketing Managers
- Sales Managers
- Jr. Salespersons
The Contact Manager is accessed through either of the or toolbars.
Adding Contacts to Lists
To add contacts to lists, do the following:
Note: If the contact is already a member of a list, they will not populate the selectable list in the drop-down menu.
