You can edit a lead's record both directly through that contact's profile and through the Contact Manager. These edits, or lead field changes, can also be used to kickstart your action groups through automation. This article will detail how to edit a lead in SharpSpring.
The following user roles can edit a lead:
- Company Managers
- Sales Managers
- Marketing Managers
- Jr. Salespersons
The Contact Manager is accessed through either of the or toolbars.
