Segmenting leads with Dynamic Lists is simple and powerful. Separating leads based on their interests and behaviors on your site will result in more personalized communications and higher conversions.
The following User Roles have access to create dynamic lists:
- Marketing Manager
Follow these steps to create a list of segmented leads.
Step One: On the toolbar top right, click New, then on the drop-down select List.
Step Two: Within the Add New List pop-up, do the following:
- Enter a name for the list and a short description of the list.
- Check Rules Based. You can add Manual too.
Note: Rules based lists will dynamically remove a member when the lead no longer meets the trigger criteria.
- Click Create List.
Step Three: Scroll to Triggers & Filters section and perform the following:
- In the When a contact field, click and in the drop-down under Form Actions, select fills out any form.
- Select 1 time, or more, and click Add Rule. Notice that the trigger displays.
- Click Save Changes.
