A drip campaign is a great way to nurture leads who are going to need more convincing regarding your product or service. Creating a highly customized drip campaigns in SharpSpring is simple. This support article will walk you through creating a basic behavioral drip campaign.
The following User Roles have access to use custom syncing:

Follow these steps to Creating a Drip Campaign.
Step One: Create the initial email, schedule it and send the email to the desired list of leads. More information on creating a dynamic list, can be found here. When someone comes back to your site from this email, SharpSpring will apply a tracking ID to the visitor.
Step Two: On the toolbar top right, click New, then on the drop-down, click Action Group.
Step Three: Name the action group and other choices then on the bottom right, click Add Action Group.
NOTE: Whenever someone visits the site from that email you sent out, they will visit the specific page by clicking the link in the email. Then you can send them a series of emails based on the product or services on that page.
Step Three: In the action group page when and what section, perform the following:
- Select the timing for the action group
- Choose send the email and select the email you want to send.
- Click Add Action.
Repeat 1-3 until all of the actions are added.
4. Click Save Changes.
Creating an Automation Task
Now you need to create an Automation Task to trigger for the Action Group.
Step One: On the toolbar right-side, click New, then on the drop-down, select Task.
Step Two: Enter a name and click Add Task.
Step Three: On the task page, scroll to the Triggers and Filters section, select When Any or When All, then click Add the Trigger.
Step Four: In the next drop-down menu, select when a contact visits the page.
Step Five: In the field to the right, type in the website page you want the lead to visit.
Step Six: In the next drop down menu, select the number of times that the contact will have to visit that particular page to trigger that action group. Select 1 time and then exactly in the next drop down menu.
Step Seven: Click Add Rule.
Adding a Filter
Next, you will need to know how to create a Filter which will limit the recipients of the email drip campaign to a manageable number of recipients.
Step One: Click the Add the Trigger drop-down menu and select Add Filter.
Step Two: Click the Send the Email drop-down menu and scroll down the menu to select visits from the email.
Step Three: Enter the name of the initial email and select one time, exactly.
Step Four: Click Add Rule.
Step Five: Scroll down to enter the Action Group name and click Save Changes.
