The bulk edit feature streamlines the process of editing or emailing multiple leads in the Contact Manager.
Bulk editing uses the results from lead search results, or multiple leads selected manually. This article will detail how to use the bulk edit feature.

Bulk Editing in the Contact Manager
If you have many contacts, you may want to group them together somehow. While you could edit the information of each contact individually, that could end up taking more time than you have.
Instead, you can edit contact information in bulk. Bulk editing allows for multiple contacts to have their individual information edited together at once.
To use the bulk edit feature, do the following:
- Click Contacts in the left toolbar. Optionally, create an Advanced Search, or use a saved search.
- Hover over the desired lead and click the
selection checkbox next to the contact's name.
Note: You can select all contacts by clicking the Select All button to the left of the edit options. You can reset your selections by clicking the Reset button. - Select one of the available options in the search bar row:

Assign an existing persona to multiple leads.
Important: Assigning a campaign to a contact using Bulk Edit will overwrite the primary campaign, and push any previous primary campaign into a secondary campaign. This can result in the potential loss of your data! - Configure option parameters as necessary. Click Save or Send, depending on the option.

In addition, leads can be deleted individually or in larger groups. For more information on deleting individual or multiple leads, refer to Deleting Leads from the Contact Manager and Lists.
Bulk Editing Accounts
You can also apply edits in bulk to your many accounts. To use the bulk edit feature with accounts, do the following:
- Click Sales > Accounts in the left toolbar. Optionally, search for accounts in the Filter Accounts search bar.

- Hover over the desired accounts and click the
selection checkbox next to the account's name.
Note: You can select all contacts by clicking the Select All button to the left of the edit options. You can reset your selections by clicking the Reset button. - Select one of the available options in the search bar row.
