Every email you send is different. Sometimes, you will want those emails to come from a person. Other times, you will want them to come from your company—or even a specific team. You may also want the reply email address to differ based on the email content. SharpSpring gives you the flexibility to make these changes for individual emails. - The From Email field is a required field.
- If you leave the Reply-To Email field empty, it defaults to what is in the From Email field.
- Make sure the from email uses a verified domain, or you will receive an error message upon saving.
