Every SharpSpring instance contains two lists: Contacts with Low Engagement and Unengaged Contacts. These lists are dynamic lists that automatically update as contacts become At Risk or Unengaged.
Note: These are system lists and cannot be deleted.
Contacts with Low Engagement
This lists contains contacts with contact engagement scores of 4 or less (not including 0), or after 9 months of not opening an email (if they have never opened an email). If contacts have opened an email before, then they will be put on this list after 20 months of not opening an email.
Users can send email to these contacts, but should consider sending highly engaging content in an attempt to drive clicks/opens.
You can reach out to these contacts by using the is at risk of becoming unengaged trigger/filter included in the automation engine. You can easily add this attribute as a filter to any of your existing lists or automations to exclude / include all contacts with this status.
When scheduling an email send to a list, there is a checkbox option to Suppress recipients at risk of unengagement. When clicked, the contacts with low engagement will not be included in the email send.
Contact engagement score equal to 0 and cannot receive email.
The Unengaged status is included in the automation engine as well as for list segmentation. You can easily add this attribute as a filter to any of your existing lists or automations to exclude / include all contacts with this status.
