February 3, 2017: Improvements to Lead Scoring, View Email Sync Errors, New API Method to Log Calls, Duplicate Lists
When lead scores increase, they now increment from the previous decayed value. Previously, when lead scores increased they would increment from the non-decayed value. This new method of lead scoring provides more accurate real-time data for leads when they show interest. Existing customers have an option to continue to use the previous method of lead scoring. To change to the new method, have your administrator navigate to Settings >> Company Profile >> Behavior of Lead Score Calculation. If you choose to change to the new lead scoring method, this action is not reversible.
Within User Accounts, you can now view email sync errors. Navigate to Settings >> User Accounts >> Specific User Account >> Email Sync Settings.
Added a new method to the API for logging calls to a lead record. This will display the logged call on the life of the lead, as well as any opportunities tied to the lead.
