SharpSpring enables you to create an opportunity using contacts in the Contact Manager. Opportunities are created and added to the Pipeline to monitor progress across deal stages in the sales process. You can track the estimated revenue, estimated close date and the contacts included in a specific opportunity. In SharpSpring, opportunities can be exported in a variety of ways. Exporting via the Sales Pipeline
To export opportunity data from the Sales Pipeline, do the following:
- In SharpSpring's top toolbar, click Opportunities.
- In the Pipeline Name drop-down menu, select the desired pipeline.
- In the Date Range drop-down menu, select the desired date period.
- In the Owners drop-down menu, select the desired owners.
- Click
More Options.
- Click Export to .CSV.
- Click the Export Manager link that appears at the top of the screen.
- Click the exported report to download the file.

Exporting via the Won/Lost Report
To export a .CSV file of opportunity information, do the following:
- In SharpSpring's top toolbar, click
Reports > Won/Lost.
- Click View.
- Select one of the following:
• Open Opps • Opps Won • Opps Lost • Archived Opps
- Select the desired date range.
- Set other desired filters.
- Click Apply.
- Click Export.
- Click the Export Manager link that appears at the top of the screen.
- Click the exported report to download the file.

Exporting via the Sales Performance Report
To export opportunities through the Sales Center, do the following:
- In SharpSpring's top toolbar, click
Reports > Sales Performance.
- Under the bar chart, click View All.
- Click Settings.
- Select one of the following:
• Export Leads • Export Opps • Export Sales • Export Lost Opps
- Click the Export Manager link that appears.
- Click the exported report to download the file.

Accessing the Export Manager
To access the Export Manager and download previously exported files, do the following:
- In SharpSpring's top toolbar, click
Contacts > Contact Manager.
- Click
Options > Export Manager.
- Click on an item to automatically download the .CSV file.
