SharpSpring enables you to create an Opportunity using contacts in the Contact Manager. Opportunities are created and added to the Pipeline to monitor progress across Deal Stages in the sales process. You can track the estimated revenue, estimated close date and the contacts included in a specific opportunity. In SharpSpring, Opportunities can be exported in a variety of ways -- you can export all opportunities, sales, lot opps and working opps. In this article, you'll learn how to export opportunities in SharpSpring's Sales Center.
The following users can export opportunities:
- Administrator
- Sales Manager
- Salesperson
How to export opportunities:
Step One: On the toolbar, hover over Sales, then in the drop-down, click Opps Won
Step Two: From the top right, click View to choose from either Open Opps, Opps Won, Opps Lost, or Archived Opps.
Step Three: Select the desired date range and click Apply.
Step Four: From the top right, click Export and your CSV will automatically download.
How to export opportunities via the Sales Center:
Step One: On the toolbar, hover over Sales, then in the drop-down, click Reports
Step Two: From the top right, under Select a Different Report, choose Performance/Projection
Step Three: Scroll down and under the graph, click View All
Step Four: You will be taken to the Sales Center, where you can export Leads, Opps (all opportunities), Sales (opportunities won) and Lost Opps (opportunities lost). From the top right, click Settings and from the drop-down choose which opportunities you would like to export.
Congratulations! You have successfully exported opportunities from the Sales Center.
